I need someone to help me. If I give the directions to my apartment... can someone please unglue me from my laptop to stop me from watching Diggnation? This video podcast rules, big time. Basically it is two guys, Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht, talking about the latest tech/web stories found on digg.com.
I found that keeping up to date on the tech side of life was kind of hard, this program has taken me right back to reality. They cover all the things that are happening in both MAC and PC (the devil's operating system), cool weird stuff and anything else that people are reading and watching.
But the greatest part about the program, is the guys behind it: Kevin and Alex are not in the usual fancy shmancy boring TV studios - they are usually at Alex's apartment, with their two laptops in hand and, but of course, drinking beer the whole time. Excellent! Not a single drop of nerdiness, thank you very much. Those guys rock.
Being up to date in all that's tech help us a lot in what we do, not only because we know the latest in computers, but this type of program lets us know what people are responding to, what they like and what they simply don't give a damn. This is not your typical tech stuff program, I swear.
So, by know you must know the drill, but for those creatives that don't read the job (yikes, I'm one of them) here are the instructions: Go to your iTunes podcast section, search for Diggnation, and suscribe.
