This is absolutely true.
Many years ago, I have a TV commercial that needs to get to the station, rush. I call up the production company, and they are giving me the run around. I have the receptionist, yapping and yapping, telling me that they have too much work and they will send the spot in a couple of hours.
Not good, I say. The commercial needs to be delivered now, ASAP.
No problem, she said. Can you give me the address to ASAP?

That reminds me a fellow "art director" that didn't know what FPO means. We would tell her..."It stands for "For position only" "Ohhh!" she would say... 5 minutes later "what's FPO again???" This went on for a couple of days I SWEAR!!!!!! Quit smoking weed bitch!!!!!
