This next Tuesday, if someone I know doesn't chicken out, something wonderful is going to happen. He has long, long hair and I have been telling him that it would be nice if he, instead of just getting a normal haircut and throwing the unwanted hair in the trash can, he would donate it to Locks of Love. At first, he couldn't, because his hair didn't have the right measurements to give the hair. Know what he did? He kept on growing it until it was the right length. What a rocking dude.
So, I was thinking about all the guys and gals that read our great blog, and thought... maybe you can join in and donate too! (When I'm done with my long hair phase, I will donate it as well) How can you do it? It's simple. If you or anyone you know is thinking about getting a hair cut, please tell them about Locks of Love. When they get it, they will work on it to make wigs for financially disadvantaged children under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. His ponytail is not enough, but added to more ponytails, his hair will be a part of the life of some great kid. Isn't that simply awesome???
