I know - I suck.
I used to smoke as well. Thing is this, there's three types of smokers:
1. The addict
2. The Cig lover
3. and the person who goes to have a smoke 7 times in a day to look like their stressing when they're not doing the job.
somehow I severely doubt you're #3.
And no worries, I used to suck as well but after being short of breath while surfing, you kind of get the hint that maybe quitting is not such a bad idea. besides cig prices are just way too ridiculous these days.
For me... it's like you're talking about chocolates and ice cream. You can guess the number then, right?
